inVIEW Windshield Wiper Control Module

Description

The inVIEW Wiper Control Module is the cleanest way to add windshield wiper control to a hot rod, restomod, or custom-built vehicle running an Infinitybox IPM1 system.  One sealed module mounts behind your dash and handles everything — low speed, high speed, intermittent, washer, and the dynamic park. No bulky wiper control switch on the dash.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IS ONLY COMPATABLE WITH THE NEXT GENERATION IPM1 KIT.  IT IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH THE LEGACY 3-Cell or 20-Circuit Kits.  

inVIEW connects directly to your IPM1 Kit and takes its commands from any control surface in the Infinitybox ecosystem — MASTERCELL switch inputs, inTOUCH screens througn inLINK NGX or the inCONTROL knob. Same module, your choice of how to drive it.

Switches that match your build

Most off-the-shelf wiper kits ship with an oversized, commercial-truck-style knob you’re expected to mount somewhere on your dash — and once it’s in, it dictates the look of that area whether it suits the rest of your interior or not. inVIEW doesn’t make you compromise. Because the module takes its switch commands through your MASTERCELL inputs, you can wire whatever control you want into it: a period-correct toggle, an original column stalk, a vintage rotary switch, billet push-buttons, a hidden control tucked under the dash. The module doesn’t care what the switch looks like, only what it does. Your interior stays on theme.

Four operating modes

• Low speed — continuous low-speed wipe
• High speed — continuous high-speed wipe
• Intermittent — low-speed wipe on a configurable delay you set to match your driving conditions
• Washer — runs the pump while the command is held, with an automatic low-speed wipe and three-second clearing tail when you release

Automatic park

When you switch the wipers off, the module automatically returns the blades to their resting position at the bottom of the windshield.

Wiper motor compatibility

inVIEW drives any traditional two-speed wiper motor with a dynamic park terminal — the standard configuration for most aftermarket replacement motors today. If your motor has separate low, high, and park terminals, inVIEW knows what to do with them.
